Management simulation (MSIM) games have a great potential in education. MSIM games represent an improvement from the way of working with students so far. A more interactive relationship is being created among students, independent work, creative mind-set, willingness to make decisions and independence from others is being encouraged, i.e. a more positive attitude towards learning is being created. MSIM games are becoming an increasingly powerful means of education that perfectly complement traditional teaching methods by stimulating learning through experience, motivating students in their work, and "introducing" them into the real business world through simulation. MSIM games also play an important role in business, where they are being used for talent discovery, internal training, and scenario analysis, where it is possible to investigate the consequences of concrete decisions on a company's business by tailoring MSIM games to a particular company. In doing so, MSIM games are a platform that encourages collaboration and construction of possible company development scenarios in different situations of internal and external changes.
